Sudheer Kumar Bandlamudi

Born and brought up in Bodhan, Telangana, India, grew up surrounded by the rich cultural heritage and agricultural traditions of his homeland.

Driven by curiosity and ambition, pursued his career in Information Technology. His skills and dedication led him to the United States, where he established himself in the competitive IT sector.

Despite his success abroad, never lost his emotional bond with India. He carried immense love and gratitude for his birth country, cherishing its values, traditions, and people.

Believing that true progress lies in empowering rural communities, decided to channel his resources and expertise back into India. His vision is to invest in the agricultural industry—introducing sustainable practices, and innovative solutions to uplift farmers.

He represents a new generation of global Indians—professionals who succeed internationally yet remain deeply committed to their roots. His journey is a testament to the idea that success abroad can be transformed into meaningful contributions at home, ensuring that India’s fields of grain continue to flourish for generations to come.

Nimmala Ravinder Reddy

With his rich experince of 23 years , the dynamic leader has been instrumental in building a strong and professional organization that stands tall in today’s agriculture domain.

Completed his formal education in Hyderabad with a Bachelor in Agriculture , Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University.

He is known for his competitive outlook and strong organizational skills which he strongly imbibes among his close confidants. A visionary leader who is unconventional in his approach is an inspiration for the next generation. As a leader he is very dedicated and has deep insights on the evolution of Agri-Industry. He is recipient of numerous achievements and awards from his previous industry associations.

Presently he is focused to drive various initiatives across different functional domains to fulfil Siol Genetics aspiration "to plant the seeds for a brighter and sustainable future for agriculture and humanity."

Raghavendra Choudary Kotapati

With his rich experince of 14 years in varied Industries and organizations.

Completed his formal education in Hyderabad with a Bachelor's degree in Commerical Agriculture and Business Management , Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University and Post Graduated in Agri Business Management from Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore.

He is known for his strategic outlook, Creative and strong leadership skills which he strongly imbibes among his close confidants. A Dynamic visionary leader is an inspiration for the present generation. As a leader he is very dedicated and has deep insights on the Agri Input Industry. He is recipient of numerous achievements from his previous industry associations.
